Efrain helped me clean up our mess before he left to return to his office. I’d put my clothes back on and gathered myself before opening my office door and peeking out. There weren’t too many customers, and I was glad about that. I just hoped that no one heard what had just gone down. Straightening my posture, I stepped out of my office and headed back to the front desk where Remi stood ringing up a customer.

I busied myself with unpacking a box while she took care of them. The moment she was done, she turned to me with a huge smirk on her face.

“What?” I asked, feigning ignorance.

“I know you did not let that man fuck you in that office.”

“No, I didn’t!” I protested.

“Oh, you let his ass do something. I could hear you out here. Spill it!”

I turned to her with my hands on my hips. “I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“Thyri!” She stomped her feet and crossed her arms.

I had to laugh at her tantrum. “You really wanna know?”

“Yes!”

Of course I was gonna tell her. That shit was too good to keep to myself.

“Have lunch with me,” I said. “I’ll tell you everything then.”

“You expect me to wait that long?”

“If you want the full story, yes.”

“At least give me a hint.. I’m dying here.”

I smirked. “You heard the hint. Get back to work.”

I left her at the front desk and headed back to my office to do inventory.
